Rules concerning leave and absence

No one who is late or has been absent for more than 3 days will be admitted to the class without the permission of the Principal or Headmistress.

Leave is not granted except on prior written application from parents, which can be done through his handbook.
Every absence, sick leave etc.. must be entered in the leave record pages of hand book and signed by the parent. If a student is unable to come to school for more than three days, the case must be reported to the principle or headmistress.

Repeated absence without leave or absence for more than ten consecutive days renders a student liable to have his name struck off  the rolls. Re-admission if granted will be done on payment of a re-admission fee. 90% of attendance will be necessary for promotion to the next class.

All are expected to attend the classes on the last working day before the start of the vacations and also on the
opening ,beginning of a term or immediately after vacation renders student liable to have his name struck off the rolls. A student returning  to school after suffering from an infections or contagious disease should  produce a medical certificate permitting her/him to do so.
