Evaluation & Promotion
  • There are two terminal examinations (SA-I & SA-II)conducted during the academic year .
  • Besides the two Summative Assessments ,there will be 4 Formative Assessments (FA I , FA II,FA III &FA IV). A minimum of 40% marks is required to pass in each subject . promotion is based on the total performance of the students during the entire session. Therefore due attention should be paid on all the  assessments, project work  and examinations.
  • Parents or guardians are requested to examine the report card before signing it. They should make enquiries if no report is shown to them by their children.
  • The answer sheets of the annual examination will not be shown to any body.
  • No student shall be absent during the examination/test.
  • Those absent from an examination or test will be regarded as having failed.
  • No written test or examination will be held for the absentees on deferred dates or times.
  • Unsatisfactory progress in studies, insufficient attendance, misbehavior, malpractices during the examination or tests may keep a student debarred from the examination followed by disciplinary action.
  • The promotion of the student will be considered taking into account the performance in the entire academic year including terminal examinations, unit tests, project works, practical works and annual examinations.
  • Progress card will be given to the parents after tests and examinations to assess the performance of their wards.
  • The result of the Annual Examination will be declared only after the student has cleared all the dues of the school
